I love caprese salad. It’s one of my favorite things to eat during the summer. It’s so fresh and it’s super quick and easy to make since it only has a few simple ingredients.

Some Potential Health Benefits of Caprese Skewers

  • Cherry tomatoes are an excellent source of vitamins, including vitamins A, C, and E
  • They also contain potassium, lycopene, and fiber
  • Basil contains lots of antioxidants

How to Make Caprese Skewers:

  • Alternate putting mozzarella and tomatoes on skewers, putting 1 leaf of basil in between. 
  • Pour glaze over skewers.
  • Sprinkle with salt.
  • Enjoy!!

Ingredients

  • Mozzarella Balls
  • Cherry Tomatoes

Instructions

  1.  Alternate putting mozzarella and tomatoes on skewers, putting 1 leaf of basil in between. 
  2. Drizzle glaze over skewers.

  3. Sprinkle with salt.

  4. Enjoy!!
