Strawberries and Cream Smoothie is a super simple, easy recipe to make. Best made in the summer when strawberries are in season!

Strawberries are one of my favorite summer foods! My entire family loves them, so during the summer when they are in season, they never last long! I also love smoothies. Anything for breakfast that is quick, easy, AND healthy is definitely a winner in my book!

Speaking of quick and easy, this recipe is almost so simple I didn’t even post it. Only 2 ingredients (well, 3 if you use ice instead of freezing the strawberries), this smoothie recipe comes together in almost no time at all!

This recipe is best when made with fresh, frozen strawberries. No worries though, if you don’t have frozen strawberries then you can always use fresh strawberries with ice. However, if you use fresh strawberries with ice, the flavor will be a little diluted, and it won’t be as creamy as it is when fresh frozen strawberries are used.

  • Frozen Strawberries
  • Milk
  • Ice (Optional, frozen strawberries works and tastes best!)

How to Make:

  • If using frozen strawberries, freeze strawberries overnight.
  • Simply place all of the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth!
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1.52 cups of Strawberries, best if frozen
  • 1/4 cup of Milk of choice
  • Ice (optional, best if frozen strawberries are used, but if you don’t have them, can use ice. Just a warning- if using ice, the smoothie won’t be as creamy and it won’t have as good of a flavor)

Instructions

  1. If using frozen strawberries, freeze overnight.
  2. Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into glass and enjoy!
